Ministries

There are many ways to get involved at Grace Bible Church.

Sunday Morning Ministries
  • Breakfast Ministry: Sign up at the Secretary's Desk to help mix up some pancakes and fry up some ham for our Breakfast we serve just before first service every Sunday morning at 8:30am.  This is a free breakfast offered to those who can make it here early! It's a time for pancakes and fellowship and your help is always appreciated. If you would like to help serve in this area, contact Tami McFate or leave a note on her desk out in the Foyer.
  • Technical Ministry (Audio and Visual):  If you like to be behind the scenes and are good with electronics, this is an easy way to help! Each service requires someone manning the PowerPoint station to help with song slides, announcement slides, and sermon slides.  We also need help manning our Sound Board for our praise and worship team.  If this is a way you would like to serve, please contact Don Russell or Pastor Chris Hallock.
  • Children's Ministry:  We are always looking for people to help in both services snuggle little ones, sing songs with our preschoolers, dig into scripture with each grade and challenge our high schoolers to shine their faith in High School.  If you would like to be an important part in showing Christ to our kids, please contact Alicia Wold (694-2192).
  • Readers:  If you like to read outloud, have we got a spot for you! Leave your name and number and your desire to be added to our readers on Tami McFate's desk and she will be in touch!  We rotate through people with one reader per service, per sunday. Right after we greet one another, we sing a song and then stand for the reading of God's Word together. This is a great way to get plugged in!
  • Greeters:  Every Sunday, before and after both services, we need your help greeting people and handing out weeklys and other important information as people come and go.  If you have the gift of hospitality, this is an awesome role for you! Please contact Ken Bray (670-9240)
We have a Visitation Ministry that always has room for helpers! This ministry includes but isn't limited to: Reading to older people, visiting shut-ins, helping with worship services offered at various nursing homes around Billings throughout the week, praying with shut-ins and praying for those involved in this amazing ministry. If you would like to help in whatever way you can, please contact Pastor Gary Bobo at 406-628-4342.
